Shipping, Tax and Pricing

All in stock orders are processed and shipped within 4-5 business days. We will notify you by email within one business day if your order is out of stock.

 

We will ship all orders by UPS Ground Service unless otherwise requested. All shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico must be shipped by UPS Second Day Air. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders to be shipped outside of the United States with the exception of Canada.

Delivery Service via courier is available in the Augusta, GA area. To arrange for delivery, call 706.738.6298.

Expedited Delivery

If it is important that your order arrives in the fastest way possible, we offer UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air on all orders. In order to avoid confusion or problems, please note the following.

Processing time (not shipping time) for internet orders is 1-2 days.

Because we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday, orders placed online after 3pm on Thursdays will not be shipped until Monday. Additionally, orders placed after 3pm on any weekday will not be processed until the following day.

If your order is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours, so that you may choose a different item or change to standard ground delivery.

Our recommendation: If it is absolutely critical that your order arrive by a specific date, contact us at 706.738.6298 during the following hours,

• Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm
• Saturday from 10:00am to 6:00pm

Sales tax

Sales tax is automatically applied to your charlestonstreet.com order in accordance with Georgia state regulations if your shipping address is in the state of Georgia. If your shipping address is located outside of Georgia, there will be no sales tax charge.

Return Policy

Returns must be made within 14 days of the sale for store credit only. Special-order merchandise and custom-made linens are non-returnable and non-cancelable. A store credit will be issued for obviously unused merchandise (except items that are personalized or special ordered), when returned within 14 days, in the original box and with the receipt. All sales are final on sale merchandise. All store credits will be issued less shipping and handling. Store credit must be used within 12 months. Please let us know if you receive duplicate catalogs, have changed your mailing information or do not wish to be on our mailing list.

Pricing Policy

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our prices and information, but mistakes and typographical errors do occur. We reserve the right to correct those errors and apologize for any inconvenience.

Certain discounts are available when shopping online. If you have a promotion code, you may enter it when checking out to receive the discount. Discounts may never be combined.
